Buh-Buh-Bowling!

My beautiful momma says that to consider yourself a successful human being, you must be able to bowl.

For my sixth birthday we went bowling on Labor day.  JC refused to use a pink ball and so ended up pitching a ball two pounds heavier than mine!

These eight lanes serve the entire state of New Mexico.  You can see bowling is likely not the official state sport.  Here is my beautiful momma tossing another strike!

Where is SM?  She rode shotgun with my dad.  Believe it or not - but he is a terrible bowler.

Watch out for my dad's backswing.  If you get in the way, this can happen to you!

I might as well take up hockey, because at this point I have nothing to lose!

Happy Birthday M!

It's not every day that you turn six. You know it's the critical day, when my beautiful momma makes you a pancake in the shape of a number. 

An hour later, it was time for the cake! 

Everyone thought my oreo, strawberry ice cream cake was delicious except for one eater who displayed her feelings perspicuously...

I opened some presents next!  Look I got a doll!

SM quickly repossessed the doll.  She tried to sneak off with it!

Gram and Pops Love the LOE!

Hola Amigos!  Our new internet hideout is here.  To celebrate Gram and Pops came to visit the LOE...

They did all sorts of fun things with us.  We went to Cliff's Amusement Park.

 M and Gram rode the log flume...

 We all enjoyed the Water Park, but SM especially...

M had her first day of school and Gram and Pops went along...

What did everyone else do while M was at school?  Pops repaired Pablo enabling the dancing to continue...

Also, SM learned that when Pops reads the alphabet, it is not nearly as droll as when her beautiful momma does...
